Based: Outmarsh, Semington, BA14 6JX

The Charity is looking to employ a full-time day/night VFR/IFR HEMS pilot to fly our Bell 429 helicopter from our base at Semington, Wiltshire. 

You will be rostered as part of the team in accordance with our AOC FTL.

Essential qualifications:

  • CAA CPL(H) IR
  • 1,000hrs experience as pilot-in-command of aircraft (of which 500hrs as pilot-in-command on helicopters)
  • Twin engine helicopter experience
  • Previous NVG experience
  • 20hrs P1 night VMC experience
  • Class 1 medical for single pilot commercial operations

Desirable:

  • Previous HEMS/Police/SAR experience
  • Bell 429 type rating

The post holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and actively promoting the charity’s gifts in wills and in memory strategies, ensuring these vital income streams are embraced at all levels of the organisation.
